Refunds & Exchange Policy:
Unfortunately, we do not accept refunds. However, we do offer exchanges ONLY for inaccurate sizing in slides. A $25 restocking fee will be applied. Please contact us at PTO@prettytoesonly.com before initiating the exchange process and WAIT FOR APPROVAL. Failure to follow these procedures may result in the forfeiture of the restocking fee.
We do not accept returns on toe rings, ankle bracelets, beach towels and/or nail kits due to various health regulations and our strict hygiene policy. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

(A restocking fee is a charge that a business may impose when a customer returns an item and requests an exchange. The fee is intended to cover the cost of shipping, restocking, repackaging, and inspecting the item, as well as any loss in value that may have occurred during the return or delivery process.)
Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You will have up to 48 hours to notify us after package has been delivered. To start a claim, you can contact us at PTO@prettytoesonly.com. Please provide pictures and a brief description of the issue concerning the specific product(s).
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 15 business days.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 20 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at PTO@prettytoesonly.com.
- Items that are sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
- Customers are responsible for their own shipping fees.
